Long-Life Replacement Turbine
The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic Warranty Long-Life Replacement Turbine - The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic warrants the Long-Life turbine to be properly functioning and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of installation.

All other components and service warranty - The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic warrants the components and service provided to be properly functioning and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

Handpieces must be maintained to the standards outlined within the original manufacturers operating manual for warranties to be valid..

Terms applicable to all our warranties
In the event of justified complaints, The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic Inc. will fulfill its obligations under this warranty by repairing or replacing the product free of charge, including return shipping. If a warranty claim is made within 30 days of service inbound and return shipping will be coordinated and paid by The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic Inc. Any other claims, in particular for damages, shall be excluded. In case of default, serious default or intent, this shall only apply in as far as it does not oppose binding law.

The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic Inc. shall not be liable for any defects and the consequences thereof which have been caused or may have been caused by natural wear and tear, improper handing, cleaning, maintenance or care, non-observance of operating and installation instructions, calcification or corrosion, contamination in the air and water supply, and chemical or electrical influences which are unusual or impermissible according to the instructions for use and maintenance as defined by the original handpiece manufacturer – please see your original handpiece owner guide for details.

Any liability shall be excluded if defects or the consequences thereof are due to manipulation of or modification to the product by the customer or by any third parties not authorized by The ProDrive Handpiece Clinic Inc.  We reserve the right to replace ProDrive Handpiece Clinic components on warranty or service repair with components from different suppliers without notice.

Prophy and latch heads are not warranted.

Guarantee claims shall only be considered if a proof of the product’s purchase in the form of a copy of the invoice or delivery note is presented. It must clearly show the date of purchase, the number of the unit or the type and the serial or production number.
